Coalesce 'Follow Main Pan' ?

Does anybody out there know if it is possible to 'coalesce' FMP-assigned pans, and how to do so if yes?
I'd like to get rid of somebody' else's session structuring, would need to pass all O/P routing to send routing; and they had the good grace to use FMP...

Actually, this is not only for 8.0x TDM, but also for 10.x TDM.
