DigiLink I/O license not found

Urgent. My PT Ultimate renewal expired on 11/10/20. I renewed and now it shows Digilink I/0 license not found. Avid is closed until Monday. There is a 30day grace period to renew, I was within that period. I purchased HDX system brand new when it first came out and was all registered properly.

Anybody have any advice how to get this fixed? On what happened? Honestly I'm a bit lost with all the terminology from all the different types of owning/subscriptions. I renew the same time every year.

Yes, and hopefully helpful folks here like jeffro or a mod can now escalate this and make sure it's followed up on. Unfortunately there seems to be lots of licensing issues flying around.

Exact same issue. PT Ultimate just auto renewed but digilink io expired. What the Heck, AVID???

WOW! That was fast! Yes digilink io renewed now for another year, Session opens with HDX, all is well. Thank you for your help!
