Default Access violation occured, unable to read location

Hello,my name is Alessio,i m a Pro Tools user and i m having a big problem when i try to open it.As you can see in the pic I attacched,I have an " Access violation occured, unable to read location " .It's always worked very well,so I can't understand why suddenly and without a reason it s stopped working.I tried a lot of things...I deleted Database and preferences folder and reinstalled PT.
I don't want to format my pc.

I use PT11.2 with Mini Mbox (3rd generation) on a Notebook HP Pavilion DV6 - Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit - Ram 6 Gb - Intel Core I7 2670CPU 2.20 Ghz .

I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

Sorry for my bad english.

Alessio.

I would download the free version of CC registry cleaner I had loads of issues before I ran this. I had installed and uninstalled plugins software etc and this cured a lot of my issues
