Default Please Help--- DAE Error-9035

Hello,

I recently had to re-install everything on my computer and was running PTLE 6.2.2 on MAC OSX 10.2 G4 1g RAM and saving everything to my LACIE Firewire 160g hardrive. Now I updated to 10.3 and updated PT to 6.2.3 and get a DAE error message -9035....I looked all the troubleshooting tips in the Answerbase and nothing seems to help. Has anyone had this problem or something similar? I can not even record to a track without the error popping up. One of the suggestions was to free up space on the drive that I am saving all my audio files to. I have about 100 gigs left on my drive so that should not be a problem. Could my 10.3 be the problem as well? Please help guys.

Thanks,

Rafael

It's always best to list SPECIFICALLY those things you have tried.

So, in light of that - the list:

1. Disable Filevault from System Preferences>Security
2. If you're saving sessions to the Desktop, launch the session, then from the File menu choose 'Save Session Copy In' and save the session to a folder on the top level of your hard drive. Make sure to check the box to copy all audio files. Close the session and open the one you just saved - do you still get the error?
3. Make sure that the session or any of the audio file, as well as any enclosing folders do not have any illegal characters (slashes, etc.).

Hope that helps.

Hope that helps.
