PT 6.1 HD and phasing issues w/legacy interfaces

We are running PT 6.1 on an HD1 system, with a 192 I/O and an 888/24. When phase dependent audio is played out of the 192, and the 888, phasing occurs in the 25 subframe range. Has anyone else experienced this? This was not an issue with PT 5.3.1.
