After windows 10 update, all bridges started to lag. It was decided to roll back to windows7 x64. in a studio patch2bay started without latency again. But the windows7 image was taken from the old host computer. So we get

Pressing and holding N doesn't load PBE.
Figured that previous DELL lacked something from winx64 tcp/ip services. What exactly new to update ? Network packaging for tcp/ip? Or other?

I can't decrypt and understand exactly what you're saying, but this may be your issue. Were the 2 computers identical - same exact hardware and BIOS?


Your best bet is to install a fresh copy of Windows IMHO.
