Artist Mix and Control not functioning with third-party apps since OS update

Hello,

I have an Artist Mix and Control, both of which have been working fine in Cubase 8 and Logic 9 in OS X 10.8.6. However, I recently updated the OS to the latest version of Sierra, and now neither Logic nor Cubase seems to be able to see either device.

I have installed the latest Eucon drivers, have the latest firmware updates and have poked about with the Cubasex.xml files in the Application Support area, all to no avail.

The Eucon app itself in OS X can see the devices no problem and they've both been assigned valid IP addresses, it's just that none of the third-party apps running on the system can see them.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you try uninstalling EuControl and reinstalling ? (not just updating)

Hi Eddie,

I hadn't, but I stumbled across another site that suggested trying that over the weekend, and now all seems well.
