Default Dumb Questions

I have 2 hard drives with WinXP installed on the first. Which drive do I need to install PT on. Also I'm a little unclear about the whole dual drive thing in the first place. Can someone give me a general idea of how this works? Thanks Tim

Which drive do I need to install PT on.--- it should be in the "system" drive and the session on the "audio" drive.

Yes, when it asks where you want to save this session, you would want to save it to the AUDIO drive, not the systems drive.

The actual program, Pro Tools along with all other programs should be stored on the SYSTEMS drive. While the Session data, including all audio files should be stored on the AUDIO drive.
