DUY AAX Plugs
HI,
I have DUY plugs and am looking to upgrade to AAX, however no one at DUY is responding to either tickets opened on their site, email, or phone messages left. That's pretty sucky support if you ask me, and am thinking I'm never upgrading those plugins again with that kind of support. Has anyone had any luck getting these folks to respond or have info on how to upgrade plugs on a Mac to AAX? Thanks R

DUY are the worst company in the world I've tried for a year now to upgrade my native plugs to TDM and nothing. If you do a search on here about DUY you will see the same type of response from everyone. I'm surprised Avid haven't done anything about it

Please see other DUY threads from other users about this. It seems as though every single user has the same experience with DUY ...and not in a good way.

Yeah, few weeks ago, I had an email exchange with Dave from Avid who said he was going to transfer the notice about DUY to Avid plugins partner ship or something like that. No feed back yet, so either Avid is doing nothing, which is going to reflect on them since they are allowing a company that works with one of their format to screw their clients. Or DUY is giving the finger at Avid. So we'll have to see.

As others have mentioned DUY seemed to have diminished a while back.
We should have payed more attention to when their products stop being sold by dealers and we had the confusion of what version you were actually entitled to. Now would be a good time to start looking for replacements since no one seems to be able to get a response from DUY.

Shouldn't avid do something about this, like stop licensing them the SDK? They announced AAX plugs and then poof.
For a replacement, there are a ton of plugins out there that will do the job.
