Default Pro Tools M-Powered 8 - Open Problem

Hello
I bought from second hand Pro Tools M-Powered 8. In Box is everything (Disc's, guide, registration card, ilok 1 red).
I instaled PT with guide and when i want open my PT, software show me registration window. it's ok, i have entered all data and when i click register PT show me window (,,Registration Failed'' Error Code - 1000 : Bad URL … it does not appear that an internet connection is available) It's not possible because in the same time i have open safari window and surf on internet.
After this PT show me window ,, Critical PT update available'' and PT unexpectedly finisched work. After when i want repeat registration it's over and over again situation.

I have iMac:
OSX 10.8.5
Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB Ram
and M-audio Fast Track Pro

Unfortunately Pro Tools M-Powered 8 is not supported on OSX 10.8.5 anymore.
The last version of OSX it was supported with was Snow Leopard 10.6.8. and there is no way to get it to work on your current system.

If your iMac will be old enough to still support earlier versions of OSX than 10.8.5 you could build your system back to Snow Leopard
10.6.8 to be able to install and to use your M-Powered 8.

Check it out there.

Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0.5 was the latest version of M-Powered 8 then.

If building back your OSX will not possible there ain´t good news for you unfortunately. Then you simply cannot use your M-Powered 8
anymore as it is too old for your system.

The best of success to you anyway.
