need help on renew plan
Hi, first in my avid accounts before i log today it had only this :
Standard Support Active Time Period: Nov 21, 2014 - to - Mar 31, 2016 Please make sure you have your System ID ? available when contacting Avid Customer Care. but today i have see this ! Annual Upgrade Plan Active Time Period: Nov 21, 2014 - to - Nov 21, 2015 it's like that something have expired but i only have see it today and had no e-mail my upgrade plan is expired ??? I hope this is not the annual i need to upgrade for keeping update ? Please can anyone tell me what it is ? |

If you activated in Nov 2014 then it should be good through Mar 2016. In your Avid account, please click "Access the Support Center" then "Create A Case" under the Equipment tab to provide your info to CS. Thank you.
