As long as you have your original receipt, you can try. Digidesign has always been fair about these things when I've contacted them. You might as well try, what's it gonna hurt?

How do I know if I'm all set to receive my free upgrade? I purchased October 10th (so I'm good there), but I have no idea if I registered or not. I'd hate to sit and wait for the upgrade when it's not coming.
Any ideas?

contact Digi. That's the only way to know if you are registered.

just found my registration form. so i'm not. does anyone know if i'm still able to get the free upgrade? if i fax them my form, will they still send it in a reasonable amount of time?
