Default monosuede vs burlap for acoustic panels

Will be needing about 45 acoustic panels (High freq/basstraps) was wondering which would not only more acoustic transparent but also more appealing.. Have heard of Burlap not being the better looking one. thanks

I suspect burlap is more open, but I also doubt it will matter so I would use the one you prefer I use burlap(jute) in my studio and it looks fine(to me), but I do like the look of the suede Auralex stuff too. There's ONE opinion anyway

guilford fabric also looks nice but are very expensive and isn't the monosuede better looking.. Just saying cause I saw a pic of a ready acoustic panel which is standard on their panels unless you order other wise. must say looked nice, and is alot cheaper than guilford

Sonically there isn't much of a difference between the two. Check out http://MixmasteredAcoustics.com if you are looking for custom built acoustic panels.

Good Luck!
