Solved: 2023.12.1 official download archive is corrupted!

Solved: The download link for Pro Tools 2023.12.1 has been updated. Charles @Avid tested it and was able to extract the file after downloading Pro Tools using the updated file.


Hello there,

The .zip archive of the official 2023.12.1 version is corrupted.

I downloaded it several times.

What do I do now?

From my products on Avid's website.

I don't use Avid Link to install things.

I downloaded it several times and I get archive corrupted error.

The other plugin installer zips are fine.

I always download from My Products on the website, Pro Tools etc.

Not yet, I will try, however, there are 2 installers, which one? I see, one is the HD-Drivers.

Same problem, also corrupted. I've never had such an issue. Also 2023.12 worked fine, just didn't save the installer before I formated my PC for a fresh install.....

Can you supply me with a 2023.12 link? Because all the 12.1 Windows zips seem to be corrupted. Also the Avid Download Center one.

All the other zips such as first air instruments etc unpack fine. 2023.12 also had no issues (which I don't have access to anymore).

Only 2023.12.1 seems to be corrupt.

Is there an official windows 2023.12 link still available? I don't have time to wait till tomorrow to have a working .zip archive.
