Default PCIx to Thunderbolt

Has anyone come across a way to use PCIx Accel cards on a iMac via Thunderbolt?

I'd like to keep my TDM because of high investment and to open old sessions without changing plug-ins etc. And I need to get a new Mac because my G5 logic board is kaput...

not yet
when the TB to PCIe boxes start shipping it may be posable to do a double box setup but it will likely be totally unproved (TB to PCIe to PCI)

Thanks Craig. I didn't think so. But it was worth the question.

I've got an HD4 Accel PCI-X system sitting in a Magma 4-slot chassis, with a PCI-e card inside my Harpertown. It's been officially unsupported for years, but works just fine, thank you. My first thought upon seeing Thunderbolt, and looking at the Sonnet Thunderbolt to PCI-e adapter, for example, was that I could keep going forever, on a laptop, or any box Apple might make with Thunderbolt, but without PCI slots.

The only wrench in the works, of course, is that starting with PT11, any TDM hardware will cease to work. So if you don't have a chassis yet, I'm not sure that this path is really worth it to you.

Interesting. I need something with PCI-E host card to a pci-x chassis. Does you P7R4 have that? or is it pcix host card?
