MBox 2 not recognized (using externally-powered USB 2.0 hub)
Hello,
My mbox 2 won't be recognized by my new MacBook Pro. The computer has usb 3.0 drives which I know are problematic with the mbox, but I'm using an externally powered usb 2.0 hub and it still won't work. I've downloaded the most recent mbox 2 drivers as well. The mbox is completely unresponsive, besides a dull green light on both mic inputs on the front. Enough to let me know it's physically connected, but the main usb power light is off and the computer cannot recognize it. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Any help is enormously appreciated. -Will |
