First, can you confirm what your hardware is?
That screenshot is of the Mbox Pro (3rd generation) Avid interface.

Does your Mbox look exactly like the one in the picture?

Just want to make sure you have the correct control panel installed for your interface.

If you do in fact have the Mbox Pro (3rd generation) Avid interface, then try downloading the latest driver:

...and run the Uninstaller, then Install the driver again. From your screenshot, you do have the latest driver download (v1.2.0), which should include firmware v1.0.3, but I would still try reinstalling it.

may be .. i think this is software problem.
i install pro tools 11 and i update mbox3 driver.

mbox3 and my mac book pro not connected sisuation.
mbox3 power and spkr light is on.

but i connected mbox3 to my mac book pro.
turn off spkr light. and don't work.

but all program. example pro tools 10, 11 and mac book audio system.
all recognize mbox3. mbox pro is on the list. but not work.

why i connected mbox3 my mbp turn off spkr green light?

this is may be cause and trouble shooting point. i think.
