Rename/Organize Plug-Ins
I just installed some new plug-ins from IK Multimedia and they all ended up in the "other" insert sub-menu. After reading some search results from the board, I updated the plug-ins and most of the problem was corrected. All plug-ins are in the proper sub-menu, except for two; a clipper and SampleTank (both of which are still in the "other" category). I didn't experience this problem on Mac, so I feel that it's not a problem with the manufacturer. Has anyone tried to alter the ini file?
I'd also like to rename a few plug-ins. Is this possible by renaming either the rsr or dpm files? Thanks in advance! |

Re: Rename/Organize Plug-Ins
nope you cannot alter how they are categorized. renaming the dpm and rsr file will render them useless.
