Issues With Authorizing Digi mp3 Option

I have purchased the mp3 option from the digi website. I went to iLok.com and authorized my iLok (hadnt previosuly been connected to internet). However when I go to "Products Not Yet DOnwloaded" section and select "Download Now" option, however it takes me to a screen requesting some details including my iLok username. When I fill in all the necessary information (anything with an asterisk) but when I click "Continue", it takes me back to the page saying some fields were left blank. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.
