Exclamation Is Antares (Auto-Tune) going out of business, or does their support simply suck?

We've got Auto-Tune and had to rebuild the PC on which it is installed, because the motherboard fried. Now the product will not authorize, thinking we are installing it on another system. We go through the procedure on ther site and cannot get the proper code to get it working again. So we then follow their instructions to get the code emailed to us. We've done it many times, with no response. There is no support phone number on the site, only a sales/support fax#. We found a phone number elsewhere and called several times and could not get with anyone, but have had to leave messages on the general voicemail box. No reply.

WTF is wrong with this company? I'm not speaking too kindly of them to people lately. If anyone here works and Antares and can help us out, PM me with your phone number and extension.
