Default Bounce direct to SoundCloud as MP3

Would it be possible to bounce a final mix direct to the SoundCloud platform as an MP3

I think you could in older versions, but not 2018 IIRC.

Yeah you could from memory.

Not really that much more time consuming bouncing and then uploading the file.

Something related to this can one only bounce to MP3 my setup always bounces to one of the choosable output types and the MP3 is an optional extra

Yes you can.

Uncheck the mp3 check box and then when you click on the format drop down box, you’ll see wav, aiff etc. and mp3 will be in there.

If you desire, bouncing that way will only render an mp3.

Thanks so much will try this, I’d like to know how much discernible difference there is between MP3 and more conventional output types because we always try and save on storage space and transmission capacity
