Works like a charm on my home computer, so I know I can run the report. What I can run is the "Hardware" report, but I knew that wasN't the request.
Anyway, I give up on this one, and Elastic Audio will be a challenge for another day.
Well, if you truly can't generate a Sandra report as done by dozens of other users, that may point to a major hardware problem with your computer, like bad RAM, flaky hard drive, bad CMOS battery...and any number of things that my limited knowledge is not aware of Some basic things to consider with Pro Tools, especially these days:
AMD is not the first choice anymore(they were great in the days of LE, but much more of a crapshoot since PT9,10,11)
Integrated graphics(built onto the motherboard and NOT a separate card) is often a show stopper.
Bad USB3 drivers can kill functionality with USB3 ports.
4GB of RAM is dead minimum for Windows these days, never mind running Pro Tools.
You really need a separate 7200 rpm hard drive for your sessions.
Not sure if any of this helps, but its the best anyone can do without that silly Sandra report

Hard drive noted in Post #12. Other recoverable data in Hardware report above. Other "Sandra" report data not recoverable- see extended dialogue in preceding posts.
But skip it. I'm giving up.
Have a nice day. Thanks for trying snyway.

You're giving up rather than follow the good advice you've been given here? As more than one person has said you apparently have something drastically wrong with your studio computer if you can't generate a proper Sandra report. Like someone else said try reformatting your hard drive, reinstall Windows and THEN run a Sandra report. Post that here and then we'll be able to help you better. If you won't do that then there's nothing else we can do. There are collectively centuries of experience with computers and PT here that are willing to help if you'd only do the simple steps we outlined.

I got curious about mickeyrouse's computer setup as mentioned in his profile and a Google search found there's no such computer related term Gydeco which is his listed computer. There is however a Zydeco Computer business in Beaumont Texas which is where he is and they do business computers. See this: http://www.zydecotech.com/

Kind of hard to take seriously someone who can't even get that right and makes me wonder what's really going on. Like I said I think we've been played here.

You should all get together with torches and pitchforks.

"My god....what is that unruly mob?"
"That's no unruly mob...That's the DUC help mob!"

Sorry to say but you're wrong on this. We tried to help the man but he just kept on going his own way without taking anything we said to heart. He was given step-by-step instructions on how to do things but refused to follow them. And given the little tidbit I posted earlier today about his computer it makes one suspicious of what's going on. There are more holes in his story than in a fishing net.

Sorry if you took my post that way 691.
I agree with you completely.
I think it is really funny how he never addressed a bunch of people's bending over backward to help, ran away at the end, leaving a bunch of people kind of standing there wondering what happened.
I just have this picture of everyone going, "Kill him!!!" and chasing him into a windmill.
I'm on your side.
