Default 2 Tfts 90° shifted - anyone done that?

I'm mostly dealing with lots of tracks, which makes a continuous up and down-scrolling necessary. Now I know, you can flip Tfts 90°, so they have a lot of vertical real estate.
I was thinking about combining two of them, so I have a good height as well as a good width. Has anyone done that and can tell me, if this makes sense, or if this gives you (literally) pains in the neck?
How annoying is the border between those two screens (subjective matter, I know - but still...)?

Would be glad to get some input here. Thanks!
