Pro Tools 8, CPU Power issues
I have been having problems with playback and recording, everytime I do either one I can hear clicking popping and eventually the playback stops and a box comes up saying my cpu power is too low, that i should remove rtas plugins, and that i should adjust the buffer size and playback (-9128)
so i do so even increase my power mode of my laptop, make sure pro tools is the only program im running, make my background screen a solid color, delete old files to open up space...still it says cpu power is having issues but now its having problems with the elastic properties then i disabled my elastic properties, but still its saying (-9403) elastic processing cant keep up... What should i do???? |

Re: Pro Tools 8, CPU Power issues
Change the amount of cpu's which you are using for rtas plugins to just 1.
I bet that works. If it doesn't then try increasing them until it becomes stable again. |
