I took the plunge and bought the 002. I need to do some hardware upgrades. Looking for suggestions on main boards, etc. I have an Athlon, but need to upgrade to go faster. Are the KT333 boards working fine? Any problems with firewire cards, even those recommended by Digi? All recommendations appreciated. I want to get it right the first time!

make sure you get a good firewire card too. i think digi is recommending one with a via chipset. check the compato docs for that. there's a link at the top of the page.
