Got TDM+Motu firewire With Logic. UAD-1 OK ?

Hi Guys
I run Logic Audio with a Mix system and 2 Motu firewire audio interfaces.
I ordered the TC Powercore firewire but I would like to get the UAD-1 as well.
The UAD-1 being a PCI card, I wonder if I will be able to Run my Mix card in he same time. ( I know a Motu 2408 PCI wouldn't be fine)
Is there anyone doing that over here ?
BTW, the actuel UAD-1 is G5 compatible ?
