One thing - instead of looking at "license activations",

click on the light-blue button at the top that shows your iLok name and Number of licenses (directly under iLok License Manager)

click on “All Licenses” (to the right of iLok License Manager, at the top)

Does Pro Tools 11 license appear?

Click the available tab instead. There the license will be if you deactivated it.

Well according to your third pic PT is still activated on the cloud. You need to deactivate and move to ilok account and then to ilok key.

The other pics looks very strange.

Before doing what Christopher said, you first need to go to:
File>Close Your Cloud Session” in iLok License Manager
http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...iLok-Cloud-FAQ
Q: Why can't I move my license from iLok Cloud to my iLok?
A: If a Cloud Session is currently open, you will need to Close Your Cloud Session or switch to Managed Mode to then activate the licenses to physical iLoks. If using Automatic Mode, a new Cloud Session can be opened after activating licenses to iLoks to then allocate the remaining available licenses to iLok Cloud.

To understand iLok Cloud Managed Mode and Automatic Mode (this article is way too long for me to add, so please look at it yourself):

I’ll assume you’re getting the “Select License to Activate” image in Post #27 http://duc.avid.com/attachment.php?a...6&d=1586728150 because your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle is still in “alwaysveryloud’s Cloud”: http://duc.avid.com/attachment.php?a...9&d=1586459039

Click on “alwaysveryloud’s Cloud” in the left-hand column of iLok License Manager, then select “File>Close Your Cloud Session”.

Now your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle should be visible in “Available Licenses”. Activate it by dragging it to “iLok_24A637”. To be able to move your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle license to either “iLok_24A637” (or “Fawad’s MacBook Pro”), these 2 locations would have to belong to the same iLok Account as “alwaysveryloud’s Cloud”. I’ll assume they do, for now.

Right-click on “iLok_24A637” in the left-hand column of iLok License Manager, and select “Synchronize”. Wait a minute until the process/spinning ball finishes.

Let’s see if we can fix it right here on the DUC for $0, so others with the same problem can follow the procedure. Thanks for offering, though!

After you’ve closed your Cloud Session, please post an image of your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle in “Available Licenses”.

Does “iLok_24A637” belong to the same iLok Account as “alwaysveryloud’s Cloud”?

I’m up’n down a ladder today, working on the roof, but I will get back to you.
