Not sure about Dbox, but Waves has been having some really good sales lately with the holidays, as they always do. You can buy Mercury Native brand new at Audiodeluxe.com for $1868. This may account for some lack of interest in a used license.

I just upgraded to Platinum on Black Friday. I think with my original NPP (from like 10 years ago) and then Gold last year, I've got maybe $650 total in my Platinum Bundle. If you know where to look and when to buy, the Waves stuff is a lot cheaper than their competitors any more.

In fact, for pretty much all of my plugins theses days, I buy them exclusively when they are on sale: Metric Halo, Eventide, Antares, Plug and Mix, Waves, etc... If you keep your eyes open and are patient, you can get pretty much everything at a nice discount.
