Video Issues
Lately I have been having some issues with a specific system at the studio where I work. It is a imac with a 002 that is used to record ADR and Foley. All the other systems we have set up work fine but this one has a delay problem associated with video playback. With a video loaded up, when play is pressed it takes about 5 seconds for Pro Tools to actually play. All video codecs that I load into protools do this. The only time this does not happen is with a video I have that is a cinepak format. I tried exporting other videos as a cinepak but the delay persists. Someone suggested that it might be a data rate issue so I tried to limit the data rate but that did not work. Checked all preferences but no dice either. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Video Issues
Could be either the count-off in the transport window or this bug:
