Pro tools 12 for education

Hello Avid Community:
I want to buy Pro Tools 12 for education and in the web page it says that it's out of stock! What can I do because I need it urgently! Is there resellers near Miami were I can buy it? How's the procedure of the university certificate? I'm stuck with this please help me!
