License problems with iLok License Manager

Can't use my Soundtoys, McDSP, Melodyne or my WAVES Musician 2 Bundle!!!

All say Temporary and All Ask to be activated.

This is getting worse.

This statement in the AVID Pace Press Release is completely False.

The change in the word shown as the Type should not in any way affect your ability to use your plug-ins or protected software authorized by licenses that are already on your iLok(s).

So what did you do to cause this? (not blaming you, just asking what happened). You connected to iLok.com and looked at you existing iLok with license assets already installed on it? Or what exactly?

All of my licenses listed as temporary are working just fine. What I did have happen is that some of my licenses got moved off my iLok, but were in the available list. I moved them back to the iLok and all is working ok.

I installed the new ILOK Client this morning. This is all I did that I know of.

Started seeing the reports of problems and started examining further and discovered the TEMP description present.

Pulled up Pro Tools everything started up correctly no errors. Tried to use those plugins as inserts and BAMB!!!! You Must Activate.

So I did not do anything other than use the service.

Can you confirm that the licenses are on your iLok (not just in your account)?

Are any of your plugins these specifically by chance? These are Native though it should not matter.

Melodyne, Autotune & DevilLoc Deluxe all show as temp. I just checked and Melodyne and Autotune come up just fine but DevilLoc Delixe is asking for authorization. Crap!
