dae 9060 error - Avid Pro Audio Community

dae 9060 error

My system keeps crashing whenever i run audiosuite plug ins or do fades. Pro tools keeps running but sound does not play and it tells me of this error. the only way to playback audio is through a reboot. Has anyone come to this problem and found a solution?
