7.4.2 install mounted failed

So, I've tried downloading the 7.4.2 upgrade but the error message comes up "mounted failed". I've tried downloading from 2 different computers including my Mac Pro 10.5.3.. It seems I only get as far as around 80-99 MB downloaded then it quits.

Any suggestions, anyone?
