nudge value keyboard shortcut bug?

i have been using the option and apple key with the + and - keys to change my nudge value. we have upgraded to ProTools version 6.9 and OS 10.3.8. when i try this, it doesn't work. in the + direction my entire screen zooms in (the resolution changes?), and in the - direction it will go back. why is this? what can i do instead? will this be fixed?

This happens to me sometimes. It's not PT, it's the apple OS. Theres a setting in system prefs (accessibility? keyboard?) I don't remember (and I'm not on a mac right now). But there's some zoom feature that apple added at some point, so once you turn that off, you're golden.

It's in the Keyboard & Mouse settings.. under the Keyboard Shortcuts tab.

i unchecked all the shortcuts for zooming in the system prefs, then restarted, and then it was all good.

yes, thanks. i unchecked 'universal access' in the keyboards shortcuts section, under keyboard and mouse, in the system prefs, and restarted. then my nudge keyboard shortcuts were as usual in ProTools. i still learn something new everyday!
