Avid Store Purchase Help

HI,

I need anyone's help here!!!

I just went to purchase my PT LE 7.3 upgrade from the avid store for which I have an account.
I went through the normal procedures, until it got to the end, where you finally submit your details for the purchase....
however then it just froze up... for like ages just saying please wait! so i did for a good fifteen minutes, then decided to refresh as I thought it had crashed...
Anyhow, at this point it says shopping cart empty! so I was a little confused, as I havnt recieved any order conformation.

so I go through this procedure about 3 more times, each time it just freezes with no luck, or any order conformation!
However I then check 'my account' and it says I have all these orders which are pending, however, it has let me download one....
the 7.3 update.....

But as you can understand I want to no if im gona get charged for all 4? has anyone else had this experience, because I think the Avid site was awful, espeically at the stage when your waiting for your order !!!

I would appreciate anybody to enlighten me on this
