10.3.7 download link broken

trying to upgrade from 10.3.1 to 10.3.7... link is broke, any suggestions?

Yea saw that too ... Weird as the updates doesn't appear in the Avid Accounts after 10.3.5

It's not the wrong link, but the Knowledge Base where the downloads are located is currently offline for maintenance:

I checked my Avid Account, and the downloads there do work. If you had a downloadable version of Pro Tools 10 (or Pro Tools 11/10) in your account, you can download by going to http://account.avid.com

Login to your account, and look under Your Products.

The Pro Tools 10 downloads in Avid accounts are currently v10.3.5, and the Pro Tools 10 downloads in Avid accounts for Pro Tools 11 owners are currently 10.3.6.

The reason neither is version 10.3.7 yet is because those downloads used a different download server, plus they were available on the Knowledge Base without an Avid account. (the web group will need to upload copies of the 10.3.7 downloads to the server that the avid accounts use before they can be added to those avid accounts.

Unfortunately, since the Knowledge Base is down for another 20 hours or so, you can't get 10.3.6 or 10.3.7 from Pro Tools 10 Avid accounts.

However, most users can at least get 10.3.5 from your Avid account.

When I tested that in the last few minutes, I chose to not use the download manager, and it worked for me.

This is why I keep the DMG images in my computer - no downloading necessary which is Kool b/c I keep screwing up my Hackintosh these past few days

and the exe's for my win laptop - heck I just deleted my 8.05 exe's just the other day - still have 9.03 (that was such a stable version) and all of 10's

Products activated in Avid Accounts should have the latest version installers (e.g. 10.3.7 for Pro Tools 10)... checking these now and will update files as needed. Please sign in to your Avid Account and check Your Products.

Hey thanks for that PT10 icon in the new installers for 10.37 it makes it so much easier to distinguish b/t the two now
