Default Multiple MIDI note clio question in PT 12.7

Using PT 12.7 on Windows 10 Pro. How do I make multiple MIDI note clips on an instrument track, become one stereo midi clip? Thanks!

Select the clips, then Shift+Alt+3 to consolidate.

This^^^will convert your midi clips into a single midi clip, but it won't be a "stereo" midi clip as midi is neither mono or stereo. What is the final goal? If its to end up with an AUDIO track, you can use the Track Commit feature on an Instrument track(which is a combination of midi and AUX tracks) to convert to an Audio track

Yes, this makes sense... yes, I had used a stereo instrument (piano) but I understand what you are saying. Also about making an audio file with the Commit option. Thanks so much!

Yes, I understand that midi is neither mono or stereo, and that I can Consolidate midi or Audio.
Thanks
