This is one of a few ways that playlist functionality is messed up in PT.
Another way has to do with track show/hide memory locations. They work great until you save a session in playlist view. Then they are corrupted in the saved file and in any automatic backups made thereafter. http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t...light=playlist Deleting unused playlists used to be easy (once it was pointed out to me). Too bad that, after all these years, Avid can't/won't get basic functionalities such as these working in a consistent manner.

My god, I'm bumping into this constantly. What a mess. Would be logical for last takes be saved last, right?!

Last take still being presented as first one in 2020.11.
