Default Help Midi interface recommendations

I know this is a Protools forum and Protools does not support win2k yet but, I've reached the end of my rope with MOTU midi interfaces and need some suggestions. I'm looking into Midiman Midisport interfaces, has anyone had any luck
with these generating Midi Time Code using win2k? Features I'm looking for and will never get currently from MOTU.

1.) Win2k driver support
2.) Generate MTC that other devices will understand
3.) I only really need 2ins and 2 outs, and Smpte In/Out would be nice too, but currently I've been getting along without it.

Problems I'm currently Having with MOTU
1.) No win2k drivers (enough said)
2.) Pocket Express will generate Midi Time Code, but only other MOTU devices will understand it....seems to be some
proprietary MTC and my other devices like My Yamaha 03D and DA-88 can't understand it. Which means I don't have automation capabilities on my 03d and I can't do transfers between my audio software and the DA-88.
3.) It has 2in/2out and Smpte In/Out jacks, only problem there is no way in MOTU's driver to access the Smpte Out
jack, and they have no software that will allow you to generate smpte out the jack either, and it doesn't show up
as a midi output in my audio software either. So basically it's a 1/4inch jack which does nothing, although they say it has
smpte in/out!!!! Maybe if you own a MAC. So other than this, this unit works great....anyone in need of a midi
interface? I have 2 available, a MOTU Micro Express and a MOTU Pocket Express, maybe some MAC guy can get some good use out of them, I hear they have great support for MAC users.
