First AIR Instruments Bundle not showing in PT 12

I installed Pro Tools First with XPand 2 and used it for about a couple weeks and have spent my time learning about the software and how mix engineering works. There is still a lot to learn and I like this software. I purchased the "First AIR Instruments Bundle" for 19.99 in the Marketplace, downloaded and installed it, then restarted Pro Tools. I also verified the bundle is in my Avid account. I cannot find the bundled instruments listed where you add the plugin to a track.

Can anyone help?

All the stock plugins that have been there since install.

I'm having a similar issue with my PT 12.5 HD. None of my original instrument pack is available? I've checked the aax folder and they are not showing there. I can't find an install for axx only .dpm?

.dpm is the suffix of Avid's older (pre-AAX) plugins so that has nothing to do with AAX 64-bit. You need to download the Air Effects and Air Instruments from your Avid Account. They are both separate downloads and are not included with the Pro Tools 12 installer.

I think I fixed the issue by installing a trial version of Melodyne because I was curious about their audio to midi editing capability. During the installation process it had me install their 64-bit VST plugin, then I used the software to convert audio to midi which was easy to use. I was then curious about importing the midi file into Pro Tools First 12 and making some edits there. So I created a new Instrumental Track and clicked to INSERT a new multichannel-plugin and I now see the purchased Instrument Bundle that previously wasn't showing. Ya!

Problem Solved. Installing another VST plugin somehow got Pro Tools to take notice of all the newly installed plugins.
