Output path suddenly not working

I have been using my PT on a MacBook Pro with a Clarett 4Pre USB. Yesterday was just fine. suddenly when I try to open any project, I can't route to any output/input of my Clarett. but when I play things from iTunes it comes through my studio monitors just fine. Have used various ports on my MBP, rebooting, etc. Any ideas why suddenly PT can't see any of the I/O of my interface?
