dvd-ram?

What are your feelings about the dvd-ram
option on the G4? I just received my 001
and trying to decide what configuration
G4 to buy. I plan to add a 2nd ATA drive
and also have CD-R. Do i really need this?
But, for $40/5.2gb, it seems like a good
deal to me. Or should i stay away from
Dvd-ram at this time.

What about 1 internal ata drive, and back
up to cdr and dvd-ram??

Your thoughts, as always, are greatly appreciated. Anyone else wants to chime
in, feel free.
