System reboot resets digital i/o setup
Everytime I reboot my system the i/o setup changes from however I have it set to some default which is not what I want. I am running a digital desk and whenever I restart my i/o's are set mostly analog. quite frustrating.
oh yeah, my playback engine resorts to a previous setting as well. I am on OS 9.2 and pt 5.3.1 any suggestions? |

Re: System reboot resets digital i/o setup
go into i/o setup design and label your i/o/inserts/busses the way you want @ the same time, export your settings and name it. save & close session! open new session, it should open up with the new i/osettings you gave last session. If this does not work then when you open new session it will ask for i/o setup>>>>>>>>>point this to the new setup you made previously! If you are opening up a session from another source ot studio then do so as normal then go into i/o setups and import your setup that you made previously and yes discard old i/o's when prompted! This is assuming that you are using HD..........hope something helps

Re: System reboot resets digital i/o setup
My I/O labels and paths are loaded properly each time i reboot, it is the settings of the interfaces - digital vs analog input/output that continues to reset incorrectly as well as playback engine. RAR!
