Default Buzzing in left monitor speaker

Hi,

we have 6 Control24 at my work and at least two of them have the same problem.

a buzzing develops in the left monitor channel and the signal level drops considerably.

i need help with this soon as our warranty is about to run out.

is this the fabled power supply problem?? or something else??

i think the level drops around 6dB. but the buzzing in the monitor is totally oppressive.

do i get straight to digi for a replacement or do i go through my dealer.
