Calibrating the 001 ?
Since Calibrator is not used for the 001: is there a way to calibrate it ? (or check if it's calibrated correctly ?) I have distorted output, knowing it's not when I check via SPDIF or headphones.

Re: Calibrating the 001 ?
I got this from Digi tech support about a month ago when my unit seemed to be 1.5 to 2dB out of balance L/R:
"The Digi001 is tested essentially for -1.0/+.5 dB at 1K. This means that the widest divergence you should get between channels is 1.5dB if one was at the high end and the other was at the low end. Assuming that your measurements are accurate, it sounds like your unit may be very slightly out of spec. Unfortunately, there are no little tweak adjustment that can be made." |
