Just Purchased Pro Tools Ultimate Reinstatement... Money is gone... No Software

I just purchased the Pro Tools Ultimate Reinstatement Plan to bring my Pro Tools 11HD license current. This was what was recommended for me to purchase by Avid CS. So I bought it off of shop.avid.com... however it has now taken the cash from my bank and I have no new software in my product downloads. There is also no new licenses in my iLok Account. I think the Avid Store is broken. How can we get this fixed...? I have no confirmation emails from Avid saying I even made the purchase... What is going on?
