Installing RTAS instead of AAX32 worked, no problem with PT10. I got the multichannel AAX64 versions to show up by clearing prefs, plug-in databases, DSI prefs, uninstalling the plug-ins, restarting, then installing them again. Clearly the problem was on my end, and not with the plug-ins themselves.

Spectro is very nice, like a fast and lightweight version of the Attenuate spectral repair tool from RX. Great tool for de-essing.
Hmmm...actually, I just removed the RTAS versions from my 10.3.8 shipping install and the AAX32 versions showed up just fine and work as expected, so possibly we don't actually have a problem here. We weren't able to reproduce the problem under development conditions so far either.

Can you try doing the "clearing prefs, databases, DSI, blahblah" dance in PT10 and see if that helps?

Scott

Done. Cleaned everything out, removed RTAS versions, installed AAX32 versions. Same result, AAX32 versions don't show up.

You're on Windows, right? This is looking to be Windows-specific, then. Hrm...

Yes indeed, on Windows 7 Professional (SP1) 64 bit.

But the RTAS and 64-bit AAX work fine, and there are no problems moving sessions that contain these plug-ins back and forth between Pro Tools 10 and 11. So I'm good.

Sure, but we publish as being AAX32, so we darn well better fix it, no?

Don't let me stop you! I was just saying that my particular issue has been addressed by installing RTAS.

This is one of my new gems for sound mangling:

Seeing stuff like this with side chain is a big thumbs up. I like how they also created stand alone versions of the modules from this.
