can I use the Mbox2 side to side to an Omega Lexicon??
As I say in the title: can I use the mbox 2 and the omega lexicon side to side in order to have 4 inputs so that I can record 4 separate tracks at once???
I have both of them, since first i was using the lexicon and than i wanted to move my recordings on pro Tools... so i bought the mbox 2! Please let me know! |

Re: can I use the Mbox2 side to side to an Omega Lexicon??
You can't use them side by side in Protools. You need to find out if the Omega acts as a standalone converter. If it does, you could use the spidf out of the Omega into the spidf in of the Mbox, giving you access to the Omega preamps, besides the Mbox ones.
At this point, you might think about selling both of them and getting the new Avid Mbox Pro. |
