Searching for a retro drum sound plugin .aax

Hi.
Hoping this post is here in the right place (please notify me before deleting it):
In Cakewalk I loved to use DSK MiniDRUMZ2 as VSt plugin if i wished to have some very retro drum mashine sound from late 60ties, early 70ties.
It seems they do not offer this with an .aax dll, so it won't run in PT.
I had asked them, but it seems they do not understand me. They seem to think, .aax belongs to Mackies, because they always reply to me saying they can't do it for Macs, only for PCs. (I am using a PC.)
Is there any equivalent known out there, please?
At BFD, they have so many fine drum sounds, but it seems they never bothered about retro sound.

Look at the BFD libraries; I believe they're running a half price sale right now. They might well have a library that suits your needs. Remember that with BFD3 you can demo the library expansion packs; they're limited in scope as compared to the full pay-for s/w but will give you an idea of what the expansion does.

If you really want help with BFD3 stuff contact Benoni who's a poster here as he's a guru on BFD3.

If you're looking for the sound of a drum machine, use Boom. I checked out the DSK you mentioned, and you should be able to get those sounds with Boom.

If you want to use BFD3, check out the 8 bit kit expansion. It has 808's, 909s, claps, etc....

You could also consider something like Geist or Tremor. Or Battery 4, or Kontakt, or Reaktor.

I wish Boom would let you export midi to a track. I've always found it to be kind of a PITA.

I like the way it sounds but I don't think of drum machines being from the 60s.

Maybe something AR 60s Drummer.
