Default Crazy Counter and Input Leds... Power Supply?

Hello, folks...

I've been using a Control 24 since December 2002, and, last week, after a hour of work, the Counter Display, output meters and input leds light and freeze, and the faders idem...
I placed a cooler right behind the power supply, and it allowed me to continue the work, but it is not right... There is enough room behind the gear for ventilation, so, is it the old "Power Supply" problem?

Please, I would appreciate any help...
Thank you very much...
